Business Administration Manager

KiwisafeAs Limited is an Auckland Based company that is one of the few that provides Meth decontamination services nationwide along with water damage restoration, mould removal and fire restoration, disinfectant and sanitation.
We are currently looking for a Business Administrator that can manage our business/client ledgers and the financial aspects of the business.
Duties and Tasks
- Manage invoicing to our customers as well as managing banking
- reconciling bank statements and customer ledgers
- Managing business resources and ensuring that all regulatory services are regulated by the company
- All customer files and records are managed
- Managing the company's GST and monthly accounting
- Ensure that all work conducted and customer communications are recorded and saved
- Dealing with and managing all complaints
- Processing pay-roll and dealing with Human Resources
For this role you will require at least 3 years of relevant business organisational experience and/or a relevant qualification
Pay range: $30-$32 based on experience and exposure
Job: Full-time, permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
