Position for one **Full Time Team Leader** in **Auckland Airport Warehouse-Duty Free**

Your main responsibility will be assisting in the overall operation and distribution of inventory for stores, in particular for receivals as well as distribution, inventory and database management.

**Key duties will include**:

- Supporting the planning, organising and managing of all warehouse operations
- Managing stock control including receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
- Executing and ensuring the timely delivery of inventory from the warehouse and between stores
- Liaising with drivers, couriers and transport companies
- Administrative duties: processing of invoices, returns paperwork, etc.
- Navision: transfers, error report POS downloads.
- SAP: goods receipt, transfers, returns
- Stock takes
- Deliveries to our stores located at airport terminals
- Maintaining housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area
- Supervise and promote constant motivation and in warehouse team
- Implement cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse activities
- Customer service
- Ensuring compliance
