As a Principal Engineer, Metallurgical Services, you will be developing and leading the execution of technical solutions for Advanced Engineering services. You will be covering Eastern Hemisphere Energy Sector markets, especially those that complement Inspection solutions that the company can provide.
As a Principal Engineer, Metallurgical Services, you will be responsible for
- Developing and implementing strategy for Engineering services in the EH consistent with market trends and client demands.
- Developing annual budget to align resources and meet both regional and global revenue and profit targets.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement of integrated solutions, align with engineering team to implement and deliver these solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to create solutions based on industry knowledge and client feedback.
- Supporting in developing client relationships, resolving client challenges (technical and commercial), and securing new business opportunities.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Masters or Bachelors degree in related science or engineering field including mechanical engineering, metallurgical/material engineering, or chemical engineering.
- Have 20+ years of metallurgical and material engineering expertise in the energy sectors.
- Have experience execute engineering projects, includes metallurgical role in multidiscipline fitness-for-service team focus on damage mechanisms in energy plant operation.
- Have international experience as a metallurgical/materials engineer expert. Witness for legal and insurance loss-adjustment claims for the energy sectors.
- Be willing to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
