**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

Join us to lead the delivery of content for our multi-brand digital channels. Transform complex digital journeys into enjoyable customer experiences that empower people to buy and manage our products and services online. This role offers an opportunity to directly contribute to building resilience in Kiwi communities by improving access to financial protection.

As Senior Digital Content Designer/Writer you'll:

- work within cross-functional digital squads, including UX Designers and Product Owners, to create logical and intuitive end-to-end digital experiences
- translate technical jargon into simple, engaging language
- interpret business and technical requirements and processes to provide a simplified experience for our customers
- manage content approval and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experiences
- help build out our digital content strategy, championing best practice, and maintaining style and accessibility standards
- mentor and coach junior digital content writers
- use analytics and customer testing to continuously improve content effectiveness

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open IAG offices in: locations in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) & Ōtautahi (Christchurch).

**Ōu Pūkenga | About You**

In order to be successful in this role, you’ll ideally meet the below criteria:

- Background as a UX writer or digital content designer with proven experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience mentoring or leading junior writers
- Comfortable working in Figma and Miro
- Expertise in writing and editing clear, on brand, accessible content
- Experience collaborating with, and managing, stakeholders for content approvals
- Strong understanding of digital user experience and accessibility principles, with a data-driven approach
