The Operations Support Officer role is critical to making this happen and will involve the following:
Providing CSS specialist analysis expertise including research, collation, analysis and reporting/documenting of operational and business data, processes and information

Managing components of a project during its lifecycle or the management of initiatives to meet the strategic objectives of the business unit

Passing on knowledge, training, cross skilling, and quality assurance in specialist areas.

**Role Type**: Permanent, Full Time

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong statistical/ analytical ability

Conceptual and problem solving skills

Ability to train and coach

A tertiary qualification in an applicable discipline is preferred but not essential

Banking and financial analysis experience

Ability to collaborate successfully with a wide range of stakeholders
