The Training Specialist is required to have a focus on all aspects of the customer experience once they have purchased an Allflex Monitoring solution. Customer care is a guiding principle of all that we do and is integral to our success. This care and support is for the lifetime of the product.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring that All end users have the required training and support to get the most benefit from an Allflex Monitoring solution.
- Carry out the delivery of this training and support making best use of the resources within the Allflex team or our business partners.
- Travel extensively across your territory of Southland and parts of Otago, working directly with our customers.
- Drive awareness of Allflex Animal Monitoring technologies.
- Ensure good communication with all users and Allflex staff.
- Maintaining a clear list of issues that are to be resolved, when, where and by whom and relating to what customers.
- Answering queries and supporting customers on the Allflex user group Facebook page.
- Carrying out training and upskilling to new and existing Allflex staff & our business partners to ensure we maintain a high level of product knowledge, including updates to software
- Attending shows, conferences, field days, training sessions and various sales promotion activities as required.
- Some wider travel may be required.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Able to assess the training needs and deliver tailored programs to suit customers' needs
- Ability to plan, multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong relationship management skills and a customer first approach
- An ability to engage at various technical and operational levels
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent record keeping skills
- A strong understanding and passion for New Zealand agricultural industries
- Full, current NZ driver’s license
