Are you looking to begin or grow your career in Change Management? An exciting position has become available in our Enterprise Change Team.

Our team has a vision that at MBIE, our people and leaders understand what change management is; their role and responsibilities; and have the tools and resources to manage change to ensure that our people have a positive change experience. If you would like to be a part of achieving this and a part of our small, dynamic and committed team then this may be the role for you.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people to have a better experience through Change, someone who perhaps wants to grow in the change space or bring their transferrable skills and experience.

**Some of the key things you will be supporting are**:

- The development of an integrated single view of MBIE’s change landscape
- Implementation and continuous improvement of MBIE’s change framework
- Supporting MBIE’s change capability uplift and our change community of practice
- Development of communications material as required, including material for the Minister's
- Manage constructive working relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with the wider change team

We’d like our newest team members to bring the following to our team:

- A genuine interest in starting or developing their change career as there will be both change analysis and change management activities as a part of this role
- An enjoyment for engaging and working with partners and stakeholders, have strong analytical skills as well as the ability to write formal documents using clear and accessible language
- Communication skills and a desire to support others to understand change and improve their change practice.
- Ability to present ideas, recommendations, and advice to senior leaders
- Can lean in and assist other team members, as at times some of our workstreams can get extremely busy and we always help our team members out when we can.
- Flexibility to undertake different roles and a desire to be a part of a passionate change team
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead and be creative

Ideally, you’d have experience in a change, project or business analyst type position and have an interest and understanding of what change is. We want someone who is both analytical and enjoys working with and supporting others.
