We are seekingBaking Assistants(x2) to join our busy team in Te Kawhata. This is a full-time role (minimum of 30 hours a week).

**The Role**

**Day-to-day work may include, but not be limited to**:

- Clean dishes & kitchen area and kitchen utensils while complying with the cleaning and infection control procedure
- Assist with checking and making sure the quality of raw materials meeting the requirements
- Assist with weighing the ingredient
- Assist with making pastry products
- Assist with preparing pastry fillings
- Assist with determining the baking times and oven temporary by checking the product appearance.
- Assist with using the forming, loading, baking, unloading, depanning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and other pastry products
- Assist with decorating cakes with cream and icing
- Assist with glasing buns and pastries
- Assist with using machines to roll and mould dough
- Cleaning oil two time per week and check stock.
