The JB Hi-Fi New Zealand business comprises 17 stores and a growing online and commercial business. There is a significant opportunity to grow and expand the JB Hi-Fi business in New Zealand and, over the next three years, we will be investing in improving the JB Hi-Fi New Zealand customer offer, refreshing the store network, opening new stores, and upgrading our online platform.

**The Role**

The **Sales Coordinator **is responsible for supporting our national team of Account Managers. Sales Coordinators require exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritise and confidence to make decisions for the benefit of the company and respective Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a key point of contact for customers and account managers
- Process sales orders within SLA’s as required to meet/exceed budgets for the national business
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively ensure backorders are under control and invoices regularly followed-up
- Monitor open orders and adjust as required
- Assist with the creation of products in the system
- Work collaboratively within the state and national teams

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in an Administration or Sales Processing role
- Experience with Salesforce (highly beneficial)
- Proficiency with MS Office, in particular Excel
