We are in search of an exceptionally driven, enthusiastic and skilled team leader to aid in the daily management of a Data Collection team.

**The role**

This remote role requires someone proactive and reliable, who can motivate, coach and direct a team of up to 20 team members, with the aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for customers and suppliers as well as meet set deadlines.
Whilst leading the day-to-day operation you will be responsible for escalations, audits, training and performance whilst maintaining consistent and effective communication with internal & external stakeholders.

**Skills and attributes you will bring**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a people management or leadership position
- Be confident and engaging when interacting with a wide range of people.
- Strong time management, organisational and scheduling skills.
- Be goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Proven experience in a community-based role where engagement was at the forefront will set you apart from the rest.

You will be motivated to develop an understanding of te reo and āhuatanga Māori.
As the role involves travel you will need a current Full New Zealand Driver’s License that has full insurance and access to a car with current WOF and registration.
