Mechanical & Electrical Engineering at Fulton Hogan

We’re looking for Graduates in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to join us to work on a range of exciting infrastructure projects across New Zealand, such as the Watercare Enterprise Model, the Fonterra Model, and many more. If you love the idea of working on site, working on structures and heavy civils and seeing a project come to life, this is the role for you.

Your involvement will span diverse roles and responsibilities, ranging from hands-on collaboration with our crews to project and financial management. Expect to engage with a wide array of individuals, from colleagues and leadership teams to clients and stakeholders. This role embodies genuine diversity as part of our ‘REAL’ values.

The Role

You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, contribute to projects, and participate in training and development programmes to kick-start your career, and build capabilities that align to the relevant professional Position Description.

We’re looking for someone with:

- A Tertiary Qualification (Degree or Diploma) in appropriate discipline
- Great time management skills, are adept at proactive planning, and take pride in their organised and self-directed work style
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement which is complemented by their ability to quickly adapt and manage shifting priorities
- A strong emphasis on safety and consistently demonstrates ethical behaviour while treating others with respect.
