We are looking for Mechanical Engineering students to be based in the following location:
- Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland-
- Te Whanganui-a-Tara/ Wellington-
- TaurangaThis role will sit in the Building Services business unit.

What is Building Services at Aurecon?
- At Aurecon we bring a design led thinking approach to consider how people will live, work, and use the buildings we design. We focus on forming lasting relationships with clients who develop and maintain sustainable, complex buildings.

We provide multi-disciplinary specialisations in the buildings team encompassing an array of Engineers including Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Hydraulic, Sustainability, Facades and Fire Protection Engineers.

What is Mechanical Engineering?
- Mechanical Engineers work closely with clients and design teams to create economic, sustainable, and resilient building services solutions.

Mechanical engineers in the Building Services team at Aurecon develop heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for complex environments.

What are we looking for from you?
- You'll be ready to make an impact. You would have graduated or be graduating soon with a formal qualification. You will need to have the ability to work on a full-time basis from February 2025.
- We'll need you to be studying towards this degree: Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering- Thermodynamics-
- An interest in environmental sustainability designAnd you will bring:
