**About the role**

There is a core administration and network support focus to the role, with recurring monthly tasks focused on reporting and business management and network enquiries. This requires a high level of attention to detail alongside strong written and verbal communication skills, and an understanding of the property management and tenancy landscape.

The role also provides work in the areas of franchise development, project delivery, training, conference and events management, social media and marketing, and much more - areas where creativity is encouraged and the scope of work is limited only by your ambition and desire to achieve.

**Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:

- Minimum 2+ years experience in residential property management or property management business development
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, many of which often change at short notice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambition, drive, and the ability to bring your creative flair and ideas to different projects
- The desire to problem solve, grow in your role, and show professional initiative
- Proficiency in Google Drive Sheets, Docs, and Gmail or similar
- An understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant property management legislation is helpful, although not essential
- An ability to work well within a team environment
- Highly organised, efficient, and the ability to work autonomously
- An ability to manage tenant and landlord enquiries whilst always maintaining professionalism
