About the role
People and Capability aim to ensure our people are safe, enabled and empowered to deliver Our Business. As a Workforce Analyst - Comms, you'll work with a high performing Workforce Management team. Your role will involve supporting the Emergency Comms Workforce Management (WFM) to ensure we can deliver to the demands. Our team is responsible for ensuring the optimum deployment of staff in Emergency Comms by ensuring staff are rostered when & where required, leave & training are managed, and sick & injured staff are assisted to quickly return to work.

**Within your role you will**:

- Provide support to Emergency Comms including providing expert advice and guidance with targeted reporting.
- Work closely the performance team
- Ownership of time critical tasks
- Building relationships with Emergency Comms Centres nationally
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, ideally with a background in Workforce Management or real-time analyst positions. You will need to be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, solve problems and be able to complete all work with accuracy. The ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with excellent verbal and written communication skills is also essential.
