Workforce Management (WFM) is a critical enabler in the delivery of services, or in an organisation like New Zealand Police, deployment of our most important resource - our people. A high-performing WFM function will keep our people safe, reduce risk, ensure we meet demand, manage our financial liability around leave management, and be great to work with.
Key Accountabilities:
- An ability to think analytically and critically, and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaborative ability.
