**Who is Menzies Aviation (NZ)?**
We are a third-party provider - a provider of Passenger service, Ramp aircraft loaders and Cargo handling services.

**What is a Front of House Agent?**

As the face of Menzies Aviation - Auckland and the airline you're representing. Greeting passengers from all over the world, assisting and guiding them every step on their journey through the Airport. From Check-in and bag drop, to boarding gates and arrivals, they ensure customers are kept well-informed and are in the right place at the right time. Following safety, security, and airline-specific procedures. Front of House agents will put all passengers needs at the heart of everything you do.

**What skills are we looking for?**
- At least 2 years customer service experience
- A respectful, friendly, and friendly approach
- Reliability, punctuality, and organized skills
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
- And MOST IMPORTANTLY, a can-do attitude

**Must meet the following requirements**:

- You must be a New Citizen or permanent resident
- Pass a medical assessment
- Hold a full NZ driver's car license
- Fully Vaccinated

Working in an Airside role, you will follow aviation requirements. You will be required to hold a full Airside Security Pass, which requires a criminal history check along with a valid full New Zealand driver's License

You will be expected to have a great situation awareness and a strong safety focus, as you will be dealing with aircraft, equipment, and machinery

Being a boarder worker requires you to have received your Covid 19 vaccinations
