**This is an Auckland based, fixed-term opportunity through to February 2025. **It is a hybrid role with three days in the office, Tuesday and Thursday as anchor days plus either Friday or Monday.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We sat down with one of our Tīma Leader's (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following about the role:
**What are the day-to-day tasks the person will complete?**
- Providing advice and support to colleagues and people leaders on HR policy and process queries via our Tahi service portal and People Advisory phone line.
- Generating employment offers for new joiners and internal transfers, ensuring compliance with various legislation requirements.
- Supporting and guiding people leaders through sometimes complex Employment Relations processes.
- Ensuring our Tahi knowledge is up to date and gives people the information they need.
- Identifying and implementing changes to simplify our processes to improve the colleague experience.
