We are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland. We provide health and disability services to more than half a million people living in central Auckland, regional services for Northland and greater Auckland, and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand. Our main sites are Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Children's Hospital, located in central Auckland.

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The Service Delivery coordinator will deliver sustainable results through accountabilities delegated by the Operations Manager with the key functions of:

- Developing continuous improvement to systems and processes within the Hospital Supporter service to adopt new ways of working in line with the needs of the areas they are supporting.
- Provide supervision over Hospital Supporter Team Leaders and employees by ensuring expected standards are met.
- Ensure adequate staff coverage is provided to meet the requirements for the shift and hospital, ensuring any additional provision of staff is within budget
- Ensure systems are in place to support accurate recording of hours/penal time/weekends worked for payroll.
- Ensure systems are in place to monitor employee performance and taking appropriate steps to address instances where performance improvement or management is required
- Is available to assist staff with queries or problems, as necessary.
- As a member of the Patient Management Services wider leadership team this role contributes to the development and delivery of the Patient Management Services' objectives and the broader provider services plan.
