**What this job involves**:
Are you a motivated and ambitious professional with a passion for the commercial real estate industry? Do you have a solid understanding of the office property asset class in New Zealand? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

We are currently seeking an Office Leasing agent for our Auckland office. As an agent, you will play a pivotal role in listing and maintaining properties for lease, participating in marketing initiatives, building client relationships, and securing agency mandates. You will have the opportunity to generate revenue from office leasing transactions and contribute to the continued growth of our market share. You may currently be working as an agent in another property sector (residential, industrial etc.), perhaps as an asset manager on the client-side or simply wishing to establish yourself in an entry-level position. Previous experience is a strong preference but not a must.

An overview of the rol
List and maintain property lease details in relevant systems
Participate in company marketing initiatives, proposals, and presentations
Maintain a database of clients and contacts
Build and nurture relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor
Secure a number of sole / exclusive agency mandates and own leasing deals
Increase brand awareness and market profile of the Office Leasing team

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
A preference for those currently holding a Real Estate Salespersons license
Strong personal leadership and creative thinking skills for generating new business
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Financially driven with a focus on revenue generation
Excellent decision-making abilities with high integrity and ethics

Ability to confidently call prospects and engage in effective written and verbal communication
