Key Responsibilities:
**Planning and Executing Web/App Development**:
**Multimedia Design**:
Ø Develop digital animations, logos, imaging, presentations, digital films, branding solutions, and packaging.

**Web Security and Hosting**:
Ø Communicate with network specialists to address web-related issues, including security and hosting.

Ø Enforce internet and web server security, oversee space allocation, and user access, and ensure business continuity, website backup, and disaster recovery planning.

**Code Integration and Maintenance**:
Ø Design, develop and integrate computer code with specialized inputs such as image and audio files.

Ø Maintain and support websites through ongoing development efforts.

**Strategic Planning**:
Ø Assist in analyzing, specifying, and developing internet strategies and web-based methodologies.

Ø Contribute to the development of comprehensive development plans.

**Client Interaction**:
Ø Provide advice, assistance, and training to clients.

**Workplace Health and Safety**:
Ø Ensure the maintenance of health and safety in the workplace.

**Team Collaboration**:
Ø Encourage a harmonious work atmosphere by cooperating with and assisting the rest of the staff.

Ø Promote a good business image through high-quality work and responsibility for digital marketing.

**Efficient Work Practices**:
Ø Promote the financial success of our business by undertaking work as efficiently as possible.

**Adaptability**:
Ø Perform other duties delegated by the director or representative designated from time to time.

Ø Detail and document selected designs for production, supervising or carrying out production in chosen media, and archiving information for future client use.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or above in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

Ideal you have relevant experience as a Multimedia Specialist or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of multimedia projects.

Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.

Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Work location: Auckland

Working hours: 35 hours per week
