We have fantastic opportunities for customer focused administrator to join our friendly, hard-working Occupational Health and Safety Service at Counties Manukau District. This is a full time, working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, 4 months fixed term role based at Middlemore Hospital.

In this entry level role you will perform administrative support for Occupational Health and Safety. You will work collaborative as part of the Occupational Health and Safety team, supporting vaccination programmes, recording results and general administration tasks.

In order for you to hit the ground running you will need to have a proven work history in administration, a high level of customer focus, a "can-do" attitude, good organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Along with this you will possess a good command of the English language and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to prioritise, problem solve and use initiative.

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement which is between, $55,291 to $61,630.
