Our client, a membership based organisation has a pivotal full time (or part time) position for a Membership Support & Accreditation Coordinator.

You will work closely with the Membership Manager and the Chief Executive & their EA/Office Manager ensuring the smooth coordination of membership support and the accreditation programme. The accreditation responsibility will suit an aspiring leader.

You will have a passion for driving success and owning your responsibilities and outcomes.

This role has potential to be either 30hrs or 40hrs per week - you choose what suits your lifestyle best.

**What you will be doing**:
Providing responsibility for the Accreditation programme as well as membership support.

There will be a lot of stakeholder engagement as well as the administration - ensuring the membership database is up to date and the annual membership subscription process runs smoothly.

You will also be involved in the design and implementation of Accreditation policies, systems & processes.

Tasks will include:

- Identify and implement process improvements to the membership & accreditation processes
- Updating and maintenance of the databases
- Answering queries from members
- Check, process and record all payments, administer invoices and expense claims
- Promote the Accreditation training programme along with coordinating and updating the course modules and materials

This role will suit someone who can see the big picture, and can quickly get up to speed and have a clear vision of how all the processes come together You will work closely with the Chief Executive Office Team (great collaborative team of 3), identifying new project initiatives and implementing these throughout the branches.

- Proven mix of administration, compliance & customer service experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and strong ability to read the room
- Proven written & verbal communication skills
- Understanding of membership based organisations would be great, but not essential
- Tech savvy across ms office suite especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
