**The role**:
The opportunity exists to join our dedicated, tight-knit FCB Media Investment team, in the role of Investment & Partnerships Manager. This is a pivotal role in our FCB Media Investment & Partnerships team. With a key focus on Media Investment experience, we are open to training the successful applicant on the Partnerships element to the role.

The Investment & Partnerships Manager is responsible for delivering best in market buying, implementation and post analysis of offline media across their portfolio in addition to assisting with compiling, valuing, and negotiating sponsorships and partnerships. It’s an exciting and dynamic role within our large media team, amidst our fully integrated, full service offering.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Buying and implementation experience, enabling you to provide key support to Investment & Partnerships Director and Head of Investment & Partnerships for annual and larger scale negotiations
- You demonstrate strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills and an ability to show initiative and proactivity
- You’ll possess intuitive problem-solving skills, with a solutions focus
- Keen curiosity and interest in the NZ media landscape and a hunger to keep up-to-date on the advertising industry and new trends/innovations
- Well-honed reporting and analysis experience with a high attention to detail
- A natural relationship builder with a strength in forging and growing strong relationships both internally and externally, agency, client, suppliers and industry partners. You will also mentor, train & grow junior members of the team
- You are passionate, hungry and keen to make your mark proving yourself to be an integral member of the Investment and wider media team
- Minimum of 3+ years Media experience
- You have a positive, friendly, can-do attitude - able to cope well with pressure, equally able to have a laugh and contribute to the culture of the team and the wider agency
