We have and exciting opportunity for a Senior Intelligent Automation Analyst to join our high performing team.
**We're looking for a mixture of technical and interpersonal skills to support the following activities**:
- Champion key process transformation projects to address customer experience and staff pain points.
- Lead with a winning mindset, balancing creativity and an entrepreneurial approach with strategy and discipline.
- Innovate, think differently, keep abreast of the latest technology and how it can assist ASB.
- Facilitate and drive the bringing together of stakeholders to review and transform processes.
- Provide status reports on projects, escalating risks and issues.
- Ensure costs and benefits are identified, tracked, measured and reported.
- Support and mentor the broader team through demonstration and adoption of best practices.

- Experience in coaching less-experienced team members and leading change.

- An ability to develop, document and present simple business cases.
- Some experience in Automation, Business Analysis, Broad-based banking/financial services, consulting or service industry experience.
