The appointing salary for this role will be between $82,000 and $92,000, dependent on skills and experience.

The Education Advisor is based in our EIT | Te Pūkenga reporting to the Learning Design and Technologies Lead and will be responsible for:

- Provide academic guidance and leadership to the faculties
- Provide advice and support to staff on teaching and learning matters, including: the design and development / redevelopment of new and revised curricula;
- Advise and provide reports on progress of developments, projects and initiatives
- Deliver staff education activities, as per the Staff Development Framework.

**_ To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- A qualification at graduate level or above.
- A post-graduate qualification in Education.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of instructional design principles and practices, curriculum design and development.
- Proven ability to balance priorities; identify valid options; solve problems and make decisions in a range of situations.
- Advanced report writing, research, and analytical skills.
