**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

This newly created opportunity reports to the Group Manager, Organisation Culture Programme. Some key areas of focus for this role include:

- designing, developing and scaling effective programmes that improve the effectiveness, agility and adaptability of the organisation while enhancing engagement, development, and retention
- ensuring successful on-time delivery of key programmes by early identification of risks and roadblocks and taking steps to mitigate
- Strategic collaboration with senior colleagues to create synergies across related programmes of work
- be the expert lead, ensuring organisational culture programmes and frameworks are researched, validated, and embedded into local entities creating a national community of expertise whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective organisational development programmes.
- Implement robust evaluation approaches aligned to key priority measures
- tell the story of our progress and our successes and galvanise enthusiasm for a culture of learning and growth.

The key skills and experience we are looking for include (but not limited to):

- Extensive knowledge and working experience in the development and implementation of organisational development programmes, frameworks, initiatives, principles and practices aligning with strategic goals and organisational outcomes, preferably in a large organisation.
- Ability to critically analyse, interpret and simplify complex information to make well-reasoned decisions and to improve the accessibility of information for others.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to effectively plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives.
- Ability to influence and constructively challenge and to build effective relationships with all levels of the organisation and with stakeholders, helping others to embrace change and achieve desired outcomes.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or comparable experience working at a management level.
