The Event Marketing Specialist supports the National Marketing Team and Sales Teams (where relevant) with the planning, execution and reporting of the National Marketing program. They will spearhead the strategic 3rd Party Event Program and take leadership roles in the execution of Red Bull-titled events and initiatives. They will also take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Event Vehicle Program, Red Bull infrastructure and other day-to-day requirements.

**Execute Red Bull-titled and 3rd party supported events**:
Work with the National Sports Marketing Manager, National ONP Manager and wider business functions to plan and deliver Red Bull titled events and support the wider National Marketing Campaigns that are relevant in respective regions.

Work with the National Sports Marketing Manager, National ONP Manager and wider business functions on event sponsorship negotiations and contract management.

Take ownership of building & executing a strategic 3rd Party Events plan in line with national business priorities.

Take leadership role in managing event personnel, infrastructure & WHS in an efficient & effective manner to have the greatest impact in field.

Be the face of the brand during events and festivals working with professionalism, focus, responsibility and passion.

Provide consultation and advice on event logistics, resources and infrastructure to ensure brand integrity across all activations.

Where appropriate, work in conjunction with other Red Bull departments to execute events on their behalf.

**Manage and maintain event vehicle programs**:
Manage a strategic Event Vehicle Program, proactively sourcing relevant opportunities in line with national priorities.

Manage service schedules for Event Vehicles, ensuring all staff that operate vehicles have completed the necessary training.

Conduct regular vehicle audits to proactively identify & rectify required repairs or servicing needs.

**Take ownership for national-level infrastructure**:
Manage requests for infrastructure and confirm availability with nominated recipient.

Maintain strong alignment on updating the field team on relevant training and procedures.

Complete regular infrastructure audits, reporting damages and coordinating repairs or write-offs where necessary with guidance from SMM and NOPM.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness & order at national & regional warehousing facilities to maximize efficiency, accountability and quality.

**Ensure program management & reporting**:
Maintain clearly organized and transparent event documentation including but not limited to run sheets, inventory lists, event request forms, post-event reports and budgets.

Manage an encompassing National Marketing Planner to give transparent annual overview of all event & event vehicle commitments for the country to ensure efficient allocation of resource.

Lead outcome-based WIPs with SMM on a weekly basis.

Participate in training and practicing safe work methods including the proper use of health and safety equipment.

Participate and support any changes to the H&S Management System.

Work in conjunction with the NZ WHS Manager around event and infrastructure WHS practices.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Tertiary level degree in a related field such as Marketing, etc.
- Strong understanding of the Red Bull brand identity and philosophies.
- Exceptional organization, time management and people management skills.
- Ability to adapt to challenging situations and make important decisions quickly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Must have a clean manual driver’s license.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to deal with internal and external staff members.
- Sound knowledge of Audio Visual equipment and requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of the New Zealand Sporting landscape, in particular Red Bull focus sports, and also mainstream sports.
- Ability to design and organize events and projects of with experience in event marketing, project management and ability to lead agencies and manage key stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence and build rapport at all levels
