We are seeking a Senior Property Portfolio Coordinator to play a key role in the new Property Performance Improvement & Quality (PIQ) team.
The PIQ team has been established to support the Property leadership team and business groups to successfully plan, manage, deliver, and make decisions on a large portfolio of work, including projects and programmes that are delivering significant infrastructure, and business change.
As a Senior Property Portfolio Coordinator, you will provide high quality coordination, analysis, reporting, and process management to enable effective and efficient project, programme, and portfolio delivery. As well as providing general administrative support, you will have the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives, provide insights and advice to leadership, and be the centre of excellence for the Property Delivery Framework.

We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in project, programme or portfolio coordination.
- Experience in providing written reports and presentations to a high standard.
- Experience managing and analysing data.
- Experience mapping and developing processes, procedures and workflows.
- Experience leading the coordination of multiple tasks across multiple projects to deadline.
- Communicating with a wide range of audiences on complex issues.
- An understanding of public sector systems and processes.
- Sound understanding of the machinery of government.

***Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $77,128 and $108,887 based on skills and experience.
