- Room Cleaning: Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Linen and Towel Care: Replace linens and towels in guest rooms as needed, and ensure they are clean and in good condition.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
- Restocking Supplies: Ensure that all guest room amenities, such as toiletries and towels, are adequately stocked and replaced, as necessary.
- Public Areas: Clean and maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or necessary repairs to the Housekeeping Manager or Maintenance Team.
- Lost and Found: Properly handle any lost and found items following hotel policies and procedures.
- Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met to enhance their stay.
- Laundry Duties: Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
- Safety and Hygiene: Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning chemicals.
- Availability for flexible work hours, including weekends and evenings

- Skills & experience- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Trustworthy, punctual and a positive attitude
- Physical fitness to cope with a labour-intensive operation
- An eye for detail is important to make a flawless room
- 1-3 years Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks within a hotel environment
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
