**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Outreach and Relationships Administrator to join our existing Marketing and Outreach Coordinator in the Faculty Office team.

You will be key in enhancing student recruitment and increasing the profile of the department with prospective students and the community and providing expert strategic and operational advice and services to achieve these goals.

You will be responsible for coordinating a targeted outreach, promotion, and events programme in partnership with relevant central University teams and developing and supporting the marketing and outreach strategic plan for the Computer Science and Software Engineering.

You will oversee and participate in a small number of events in evenings and weekends from time to time.

**Mōu | Who You Are**

You have outreach, communications coordination, marketing, publicity, or events management experience. You either have experience in an educational environment or technical industry environment. Knowledge of New Zealand's secondary school environment is an asset.

You are creative, are an excellent communicator and have experience with a range of media channels, including online and social media. Experience with web design and publishing software is an asset.

As you will often be working independently it's important that you have a high degree of initiative and a creative mindset.
