About the role
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join this supportive Wellington based legal team. This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running and provide high quality administration support to the Manager, Legal Services and wider team.
This is a dynamic environment where you can expect busy, diverse and interesting days in the office. If you have excellent attention to detail, are willing to be flexible in your approach to work and ready to broaden your skill set, this is the role for you.
Your responsibilities as the Legal Administration Assistant will include:

- Providing administrative support to the Manager, Legal Services including diary management
- Assisting with bookings for the team, including travel, training and webinars
- Managing the management of prosecutions data
- Assisting with trail preparation and other court processes as needed, under the supervision of solicitors within the team

**To be successful in this role, you will bring**:

- Ideally, administration experience within a legal environment
- Confidence to work independently, be a self-starter and use initiative to provide quality support to the team
- Ability to multi-task, be proactive and re-prioritise work as necessary
- A collaborative approach to your work and team

Salary range
As part of our remuneration framework the full salary range for the position is from $69,003 to $90,670 and our expected starting base salary for the right person is from $74,058 to $77,670. Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to/on top of your base salary.
