We have a great opportunity for experienced HR Business Partners (HRBP) to join this Strategic Partnering team.

These HRBP roles are true business partnering roles which work closely with supportive senior leaders to develop and deliver strategies to build engagement, capability and leadership of this organisation's kaimahi.

A key focus for these roles is to advise and support leaders with the design and delivery of transformational change across the organisation.

Workforce strategy and planning, supported by quality data and insights, is also critical in ensuring that the organisation has the right workforce to achieve positive outcomes for Aotearoa New Zealand.

- You will be confident working in complex, varied and challenging environments with the strong support and collaboration of your strategic partnering team.
- Experience in an HR business partnering role with a proven track record across operational and strategic HR, change, workforce planning and leadership development
- Experience in supporting leaders through end-to-end organisational structure and people change.
- A strong collaborator and consultative working style
