This position is located in Wellington CBD and is responsible for providing complex OD and diversity and inclusion advice to the business.

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

- At least one years previous experience working as a Senior OD Advisor
- Knowledge of the machinery of government
- Previous experience providing complex OD advice
- Previous experience working on OD projects

This is a **fixed term until June 2024 **full time position.
