BayActive is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging supervisor to lead our team of instructors on a fixed term basis. This role is a salaried position, and the usual shifts are Wednesday - Sunday 9.30am-6.00pm.

**BayActive Operations**:Manage bookings and e nsure the venue is ready to receive customers including presentation, operating systems and all equipment.

**Leadership**:Provide leadership to the BayActive Instructors including maintaining rosters, overseeing payroll and training and inducting staff.

**Customer Service**:Maximise public enjoyment by providing exceptional customer service and provide accurate information to customers.

**Health & Safety**:All risks associated with BayActive activities are identified and managed.

**Administration**:Monitor BayActive performance against determined budget and forecasts.

Energy and enthusiasm: A positive and outgoing personality will help you engage with guests and create a fun atmosphere.

Passion for customer service: You're passionate about exceeding guest expectations and ensuring an unforgettable experience.

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional experiences.

Safety first, fun always: You prioritise safety while ensuring everyone has a blast during their experience.

Computer savvy: Ability to learn software quickly for a range of administrative tasks.
