**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**

This role has been newly established within the Group Finance team, to lead our Group Treasury Centre of Excellence. As our inaugural Group Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for taking our treasury function to the next level of maturity, improving current processes to achieve efficiencies as well as contributing to the continuing evolution of Beca’s employee share funding facilities and capital management strategy.

With support from a Treasury Accountant, you will provide leadership and direction and confidently work with the wider business engaging and influencing treasury activities to achieve successful outcomes.

**About You - Te Rongoāto**

To be successful in this role ideally you will have:

- A curious, adaptive mind-set, comfortable to pivot in response to evolving business priorities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to engage with senior stakeholders
- A proven track record, bringing extensive treasury experience, ideally within a large organisation
- A good understanding of accounting for treasury activities
- Advanced Excel skills
- CAANZ/CPA/CFA qualification
- A passion for continuously improving your professional knowledge
