The Performance and Evaluation team are looking for someone who is computer savvy and highly motivated to join them. As an integral part of the team, you will provide individual training and education evaluation support to the various schools and learning providers within Devonport Navy Base, supporting impact evaluation projects nationwide.

**Your main tasks will involve**:

- Conducting evaluation planning.
- Implementing evaluations and reporting results using the in-house computer survey system.
- Ensuring all data entry is complete and details on the system are up to date.
- Other general administrative tasks as required.

This role is based in Devonport Naval Base. Once you have undergone training and are up to speed, there is the option for flexibility working arrangements.
