Change Analyst The Reserve Bank of New Zealand | Te Pūtea Matua is New Zealand's central bank. Its purpose is enabling economic prosperity and well-being for all New Zealanders | Toitū te Ōhanga. The Reserve Bank is preparing for new legislation that will promote the prosperity and well-being of New Zealanders. This legislation will contribute to a productive and sustainable economy by protecting and promoting the stability of the financial system. This is an exciting time as the Bank continues to transform, setting up to meet an evolving mandate and purpose. This role sits within an ongoing multi-year project with a range of newly created roles that will enable Te Pūtea Matua to prepare for the Deposit Takers Bill that's been introduced to Parliament. Te tūranga - The role Sitting within the Transformation and People group and reporting to the Director, Transformation and Innovation, this role will support change activities for the proposed Deposit Takers Act (DTA), and the DCS (Depositor Compensation Scheme):

- work closely with the Change Manager and key stakeholders within the business;
- gather, document and analyse information through the change lifecycle;
- provide effective and timely reporting on change activities;
- support change strategy and planning activities with accurate and effective inputs; and
- provide guidance and advice to stakeholders, as well as data insights, reporting and presentations.

In addition support change management activities, within the central change management function. This is a fixed term role for two years. Ō pūkenga - About you You're an experienced change practitioner and have deep experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools. You're an autonomous team player and are experienced in the management of multiple priorities, all whilst maintaining clear and compelling documentation. You will also need to have;
- Knowledge and experience of the end-to-end change life cycle and are able to identify, document and report on change impacts and gaps
- The ability to build and foster strong working relationships with your stakeholders
- An excellent attention to detail with high quality writen and oral presentation skills
- The ability to extract and analyze data and convert this into actionable activities for stakeholders
