**About the role**

As a Senior Care Coordinator, you'll be managing a team who organise home-based care and support services that enable Access clients to live as safely and as independently as possible.

There's never a dull day in this position. You'll constantly be collaborating and discussing creative solutions with your other team mates to get the rosters completed.

**What you'd be doing**
- Rostering our Wellington support workers
- Calling support workers to cover shifts
- Talking to our clients ensuring their needs are met
- Helping with other internal queries as they arise and lead the remaining Care Coordinators
