Our client, a Top Tier firm in Auckland, has an openings in their busy Commercial Team for an experienced Commercial/Corporate Solicitor and Banking & Finance Lawyers with 4+ years of PQE.

The role will see you joining a high-performing team led by two exceptional Partners where the work you will be exposed to is some of the best in New Zealand. You will advise on a range of commercial corporate or banking and finance matters and work closely with clients on a daily basis including banks, major financial institutions, major corporates and other key participants in the financial services sector.

The work includes supply and distribution agreements, licencing logistics, storage, and facility management and advises on matters including franchising, commercial contracting, corporate law, M&A, business restructuring, capital markets, joint ventures, corporate financing, acquisition finance, property development, trade finance, receivables financings, new product structuring, and development.

Your role will be interesting, exciting and varied. You'll have access to outstanding professional and career development opportunities as well as support from the team's specialised solicitors. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers.

Our Client is Looking For:

- Qualified lawyers with 4+ PQE
- Strong general commercial experience
- Experience in a reputable firm
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high performing team
- Strong work ethic and client service orientation
