**About the role**

Our QuayPack team is the logístical hub for the wine and timber industry at the top of the South. Reporting to the QuayPack Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the receival of inbound containers, handling customer product enquiries, processing of orders, providing general customer support, and assisting with transport coordination. You will also get involved in contributing to the team’s drive to continually improve what we do and how we do it.

**About you**

You enjoy a challenge and are therefore looking for the next step in your logistics/customer service/administration career. Because of that, and combined with a sound knowledge of warehouse management systems, this role may appeal to you. You will genuinely enjoy utilising proven skills delivering high-quality customer service outcomes and to demonstrate a very real ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external. You are also entirely comfortable undertaking general warehousing and logistics tasks, inclusive of inventory and stock control.

Calm under pressure, you can adapt to whatever is happening, and so will love working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. In addition, your strengths will include:

- Previous experience with inventory management systems (SAP & Multipick desirable)
- Sound administration skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Being extremely organised with the ability to multi-task
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
