Are you a Night Owl?

Are you looking to utilise your talent and take the next step in your career, aspiring to be an executive housekeeper one day?

Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and a passionate Night Housekeeping Supervisor wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment.

When you work between the hours of 12am to 5am, you will now be entitled to 1.25 times the ordinary hourly rate between these hours.

**PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS**

Reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Supervise and support the night room Attendants daily, whilst liaising with the different departments of the hotel on queries and requests
- Assist and supervise room co-coordination duties as and when required
- On the Job training of employees to ensure rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and in an efficient manner
- Performance management of employees, adhering to policies and processes
- Inspect and release rooms, ensuring defects are reported
- Attend to guest queries and complaints, liaising with the Executive Housekeeper and Front Office team when required
- Any reasonable request by the management

- Be flexible. You are expected to work a variety of shifts which includes weekends across a 7 day/ week roster
- Be able to work 10pm to 06.30am
- While working
- Be driven. You are all about quality and presentation and you have the desire to progress in hospitality
- Be a juggler. You are able to manage multiple tasks at any given time
- Be amazing. You will have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality and customer service.

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

- Experience in a busy 4-5 star hotel environment
- Passion for providing unparalleled levels of service
- The right to work in New Zealand
- Exceptional grooming and articulate in communication
