We are looking for a visionary and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist - Advanced Clinician to work with us to improve equity and health outcomes for tamariki (children) and rangatahi (youth). You will be working across the child family and youth teams Te Puawaitanga and Taunaki covering South Auckland.
You will support high standards of clinical practice and service planning / development by providing clinical leadership within CAMHS. In your role, you will also assist in developing the clinical capability of others, take a lead in setting standards, quality assurance and improvement and research activities relevant to the area of expertise.

The Advanced Clinician role is a designated role that utilises advanced knowledge, clinical expertise and competencies to coordinate, deliver and support professional services in one or more specialist areas. The role is based with the Te Puawaitanga team where the majority of the clinical mahi will occur (managing a clinical caseload). In addition, other aspects of the role relating to quality improvement, service development, and clinical leadership across the teams.

**Essential**:
Registration with the New Zealand Occupational Therapy Board
Current NZ Annual Practising Certificate
Minimum of 6 years postgraduate experience working as an Occupational Therapist in MH&A
Working towards a relevant master's or higher qualification
Full clean driver's licence with no limitations
