**To be a success in this role, you will need**:

- You'll need to bring your intermediate to advanced Excel skills to the table, as they're essential for excelling in this role.
- Ability to process weekly reconciliations, validations, and provide analytical information is essential. Understanding regulatory requirements and continuously monitoring ICP attributes is key.
- Experience in working collaboratively with team members and supporting internal and external stakeholders is vital.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box will help in system fixes, process improvements, and handling various tasks.

**It would ideal if you have**:

- A continuous improvement mindset, actively participating in process and system reviews, gathering feedback, and leading the charge on proposed changes to drive ongoing success and innovation in the role.
- Creativity and ability to solve problems in unconventional ways
