**Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role**

An equitable and high performing health sector is at the heart of delivering higher living standards and wellbeing for New Zealanders and we have an opportunity for a **Senior** **Analyst** to join our **Health **team. You will have a lead role in developing advice to senior Ministers on key funding policy settings, and work towards Budget 2024. In particular, you'll be working to develop the health funding model, and understanding how funding flows across the system. This involves working alongside senior representatives across health agencies and working closely with the Minister of Finance's office. Ahead of Budget 2024, you will be involved in work to support agencies to move to a full, multi-year health budgeting arrangement.
