IT Applications Support Analyst

Our IT Team is dedicated to providing support to the business to ensure we continue to perform at a level required by our residents and shareholders - you are guaranteed to be kept on your toes You will need to use your initiative and be comfortable shifting gear if priorities change. **What will your responsibilities be?**
- Provide functional support and assistance to end users of the VCare system and eCase (once implemented)
- Clarify needs and resolve user issues and requests for support and assistance in a timely and helpful manner
- Change management and implementation of system releases
- Escalate and manage significant software support issues
- Provide back-up support to other team members as required
- Ensure the integrity, efficiency and reliability of the VCare/eCase system
- Work outside normal office hours when required to accommodate ad-hoc VCare/eCase support work

**Who are we looking for?**
- The proven ability to effectively engage and support staff remotely
- 3 or more years' experience performing system administration of a organisation wide business information system used by hundreds of users
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work accurately and on time
- Proven knowledge in the operation of business information systems
