**Summary**:
A locally owned business in Hamilton's CBD is looking for a experienced Administrator to join the Business Support Team. Being a good communicator and having strong numerical skills is essential for the role. At least 2 years experience in accounts payable and being proficient in Xero is required. This is an opportunity to grow and develop your skills and knowledge in a fast paced and fun environment.

**Key responsibilities**:
Accounts payable

Process supplier invoices

Reconcile statements

Process payment to suppliers

Ensure the Accounts Payable processes are up to date

Manage purchase orders

Freight reconciliations

Performing quality control checks

Support the BAS Accounting Team

**Skills and experience**:
2 years experience in a similar role

A good communicator

An interest in accounting

Enthusiastic and positive team player
