**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish new clients and negotiate contracts.
- Sell a broad range of internet and tech products including VoIP and Cloud PBX.
- Seek new business opportunities in the market particularly Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
- Does field sales and marketing to generate new clients and customers across residentials and SMEs.
- Present the company and its services to potential clients.
- Identify client’s needs and explain the company’s goods and services which met their needs.
- Customise product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective and existing clients.
- Report to the Managing Director on monthly sales results.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role for 1-3 years.
- Familiar with telecommunications and/or MS Office industries is advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
