**About the Role**
As a Technical Service Advisor based in the Porirua branch, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting, discussing, organising, and updating customers on the servicing of their vehicles. You will work closely with the team to ensure that customers' needs are met efficiently and professionally, aligning with the company's vision, mission, and values.

**Responsibilities**
- Inspect vehicles and engage with customers to address issues.
- Efficiently manage job bookings, credit checks, and updates.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and the parts department.
- Ensure precise costing for repair orders.
- Stay well-informed about our comprehensive range of products and services.
- Have a deep understanding of technicians' roles to optimize job allocation.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and provide guidance to customers.
- Promptly report any incidents to maintain a safe working environment.
- Swiftly respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a consistently professional appearance to uphold our company's image.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Relevant automotive qualifications are preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
