We currently have an opportunity for a Field Operations Manager to join our Pest Elimination Division, specifically focusing on NZ. The Field Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across the region, delivering this through business planning and sales strategies. You will foster an inclusive culture built on safety, training and continuous improvement to ensure every team member feels supported. As the Field Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety of your team and customers while driving operational efficiency.

**Your responsibilities in this role will include**:

- Lead, coach and motivate the team of Pest Technicians to deliver exceptional customer service which exceeds expectations.
- A commitment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Cultivate a safety-first culture, where every team member is empowered to prioritise safety in all aspects of their work.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs to provide tailored pest service solutions.
- Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance the capabilities of the team.
- Develop and implement account prospecting strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
- A strategic mindset with great business and financial acumen.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
- High level communication and relationship building skills.
