Part-time and full-time candidates will be considered.Part-time - minimum 16 hours/weekFull-time - minimum 30 hours/weekLocation: Auckland CBD company offices.About This Role:We are actively seeking a dynamic, creative Digital Marketing Specialist in Auckland, experienced in the following domains:Google AdWords and Google Display - Google Shopper would be a bonusLinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram platformsWebsite and CMS administration - development skills would be usefulCRM and Marketing Automation - HubSpot experience would be of benefitThis is a varied role, including:Contribution to our digital and marketing effortsBusiness development and marketing sector engagement, to grow our footprint and to determine and action client upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesDevelop and maintain responsive, trust-based relationships with key decision makers to ensure high customer satisfactionMarketing/campaign planning, comms, coordination, and optimisationEDM planning and executionWebsite and social media promotion, content management and graphic design (experience with e-commerce systems is not mandatory, but would be well received)Digital marketing project support and reporting for our Client Services teamEnable sales, support pre-sales activities and project estimationBrainstorming involvement and idea generation, to attract, engage and delight our customersWork collaboratively with colleagues, clients and partnersContribute feedback on opportunities and obstacles to company successSkills and ExperienceMust have:1-2 years of experience in media and marketing roles, and working exposure to digital technologies (such as social media platforms, websites, and CRM and marketing automation tools)A tertiary degree – Business or Marketing degrees are preferredNice to have:Relevant certifications for Google, LinkedIn, HubSpot and FacebookPersonal ProfileSuccessful candidates will also have:Marketing and general business experienceAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of that teamWillingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, a love of technology and a desire to progress your career in a dynamic and challenging environmentPositive attitude and aptitude for learning new technologies and skillsAbility to make and maintain relationships with, and consult with business and technical stakeholdersStrong commitment to delivering positive outcomes and client successStrong oral and written English communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality technical documentationOrganised and methodical working styleUnderstanding of the big picture, and attention to detail where requiredWillingness to travel occasionallyNZ citizenship or an appropriate NZ work permitWhat We ProvideWe prioritise development and growth in our staffComputing, connectivity and other expensesA competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and ability (minimum hourly rate $32/hour)Generous overtime and on-call provisionsApplications open: Monday, December 11 th , 2023Applications close: Thursday, February 29 th , 2024No offshore applicants.No agencies.
